Step 1 : Fabric Check & Rest

We unroll all fabrics and let them rest for 24 hours (relaxing) to release fabric tension. We also use steam pre-shrinking so your clothes will not shrink or lose their shape after washing.Also,we cut and weigh fabric samples on precision digital scales to make sure the fabric thickness (GSM) matches your tech pack exactly.

Step 2 ：Auto & Manual Cutting

Our computer-controlled cutting machines cut fabric panels fast and accurately for all sizes and bulk orders. For small batches, samples, or complex designs, our skilled workers use manual cutting to ensure precision and flexibility.

Step 3 ：Smart Sewing

We use smart sewing machines to make bulk production fast and accurate. Computer-controlled stitching ensures clean seams and consistent quality for every piece. This reduces human error and keeps your bulk orders on time.

Step 4 ： Quality Control

At Modabaza, our quality control adapts directly to your brand’s manual, tolerance limits, and market regulations. We follow your exact inspection protocols from raw fabric arrival to final container loading.

1. Fabric Verification to Your Specs
We test fabric GSM weight and run lab dip color matching to meet your exact requirements. (We ensure every roll is checked before cutting.)

2. Inline Construction & Workmanship Checks
We verify stitch density (SPI), seam elasticity, and thread tension against your tech pack criteria during production runs.

3. Safety & Compliance Testing to Your Market Rules:
We conduct 100% conveyor needle detection (vital for infantwear and seamless apparel) and calibrate snap pull-force testers to meet your specific safety guidelines (such as CPSIA 17-lb pull tests or ASTM requirements).

4. Custom Inspection Standard (AQL or 100% Full Audit):
We execute final audits according to your preferred benchmark—whether AQL 1.5, AQL 2.5, or a full 100% piece-by-piece check. We also welcome your nominated third-party inspection agencies (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or QIMA) before dispatch.

Step 5 ：Ironing, Packing & Shipping (EXW / FOB / DDP)

Once inspection is approved, goods receive a second steam ironing, followed by retail-ready custom packing. We ship worldwide under your preferred Incoterms: EXW, FOB, or door-to-door DDP by air or sea.
